Areley Kings Village Hall is a registered charity [No 214816] managed on behalf of the community by a board of nine trustees. It stands on the Recreation Ground on land leased from Stourport Town Council

The Trustees are supported by a large number of volunteers in managing the Hall.

History

The current building was completed in 2004 and replaces the original Parish Rooms. Funding for the new building was received from a wide range of sources including the following;

The National Lottery, Welcome to Our Future, Wyre Forest District Council, Arts Council

There was also a wonderful effort made by local people! As well as fairs, shows etc the Village Hall Association raised many thousands of pounds from local people whose generosity is commemorated by decorative tiles on the walls of the main hall.
